I recently purchased Mec-Gar 1911 9mm 10 Round Magazines to add for range session use. I have used Mec-Gar over many platforms and they have always performed well. When going to the range, I want to focus on shooting skills and not spending time reloading magazines. After two range sessions the Mec-Gar mags have performed well with no issues. I'm sure everyone is aware that magazines are the weak link in the 1911 platform. Time will tell with more range sessions and cycling of the mag springs.
