10 extra, always useful in a firefight

This magazine for the Steyr AUG A3 is built to exact standards and look of the 30 round waffle magazine. (And yes, I did paint one blue).. it does hold an e tra 10 rounds, thus it is a bit longer. It's fit and finish, feeding and firing are superb. 80 rounds through and no jams yet. It is great for use standing, kneeling, sitting, use on a bench or supported, and sandbagged. The only position I found a bit discomforting was prone. It was not because I was laying on the ground navy style, (butt up), it was because the magazine was a bit longer, protruded a bit further and did tend to hit the ground, and pretend to be a soldier (it did dig in a bit).. I had to wipe and scrape a bit of dirt and mud out of the bottom crevices and baseplate. Otherwise, it did an excellent job of holding 5.56 rounds and dispensing the same rounds to the chamber to be sent down range... now as to the interservice rivalry comments, either stop eating your crayons, jarheads, and see the desk jocks ar the airforce about filing a complaint, or admit you were never in service and just do not understand.
Mag shack delivered with great product and in less than a week.
