I ordered 2 new magazines for my 1911. I was out of town the week they were delivered and when I got back the wife said nothing came. So I called the Mag Shack. Amazingly a real person answered. I told him what had happened and I hadn't received the magazines. He sent out 2 new ones and i got them 2 days later. That is customer service. A VERY rare thing these days. I would HIGHLY recommend these folks. Thanks again Mag Shack.
