At The Mag Shack, we pride ourselves on providing top-tier, industry-leading customer service. If you would like to return your order for any reason, we offer a 60-day return policy. What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 60 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange.
If the product you received is not the item you ordered, or is damaged in any way, we will make every effort to make things right.
If you need to make a return, please contact us with the order number and products you’d like to return. We’ll email you back with easy instructions promptly.
What can’t be returned?
Unfortunately, ammunition cannot be returned due to shipping regulations.
Do you charge restocking fees?
We do not charge restocking fees for most returns.
Items ordered incorrectly will be refunded minus the cost of original shipping.
Packages that are Returned To Sender (RTS) due to refusal by the customer, invalid address, or marked undeliverable will be refunded minus the cost of shipping.
How long do refunds take once issued?
Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to post to your account.
My product has a warranty from the manufacturer.
All manufacturer warranties are valid on any product sold through our website. All product issues with a factory warranty should be submitted to the manufacturer. Please contact us if you need assistance.
We do not offer extra warranties or guarantees.
