Orders & Shipping Questions

When will my order ship out?

We strive to ship all orders in 1-2 business days, however, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Do you offer local pick-up?

Unfortunately, we do not offer local pick-up.

Can I add an item to my order, or swap something with a different item?

If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to add to your order or swap the item(s) out for a different item. Please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Can I combine my orders together?

If multiple orders have been placed and none have shipped, we may be able to combine them. Please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. You can also track the status of your order here.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Once shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS, please expect 3-5 business days for delivery.

Can I use an express shipping method for my order?

If you have an urgent order, please contact us and we’ll try to accommodate you.

Can I order "high-capacity magazines" anywhere?

We will only ship high-capacity magazines to states that allow the sale / transfer of “high-capacity magazines”. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for a full listing of restrictions.

Do you ship to "high-capacity magazines" to law enforcement/FFL holders?

If you are with local, state, or federal law enforcement, we can ship to you. Please follow our process below:

  1. Send a picture of your department ID and driver license from your official agency email address. Please send the email to [email protected]
  2. Please wait until our team can review your documentation. Once approved, our team will email you stating you are now able to place an order on our website.
  3. You may now place an order on our website, and it will be processed and shipped. You will be contacted if there is an issue.

Payment Method Questions

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. When you fill out the payment information on your order you will need to provide the complete credit card number, expiration date, credit card security code, and the full name of the person the card is issued to.

Who do I make my money order or cashier’s check out to, the delivery service or The Mag Shack?

Money orders or cashier’s checks need to be made out to The Mag Shack.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, we offer payment financing through Sezzle, a secure third party.

Do you offer discounts for military and law enforcement?

No, unfortunately, we do not offer discounts for military, law enforcement, or first responders.

Do you offer discounts on large orders for department purchases?

Yes, we do! Please contact us and we will get in touch with you.

Return Questions

What products are eligible to be returned?

All unopened, undamaged products may be returned except ammunition and other ORM-D and Hazardous items.

How long do I have to return an item?

Returns may be made within 60 days of the delivery date of your package.

When can I expect my refund?

Refunds generally take 5-7 business days to process once received.

Do I need an account to order online?

No, you do not. You are welcome to check out as a guest.

Why can’t I reset my password?

If you are unable to reset your password, it is possible the email was sent to your spam folder. Please contact us and we can reset your password via email or phone.

I need help identifying the correct magazines for my firearm, what can I do?

If you are having trouble identifying your firearm or the correct magazines, we are happy to help. Please contact us and our magazine experts will assist.

What does factory, or factory OEM mean?

OEM parts, or factory OEM parts, are the same as the original in the sense that they are made by the same manufacturer, with the same materials, to the same specifications. If you are looking at a Glock OEM magazine, it is identical to the one that shipped with your firearm, both in construction and reliability.

I see the product is in stock. Do you actually have it?

Absolutely. If it’s marked in stock, we have it in our warehouse and it is ready to ship.

How do I receive help with a product that has a factory warranty?

All product issues with a factory warranty should be submitted to the manufacturer.
