This is the Pearce Grip Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus grip extension, which adds a 3/4″ to your Shield Plus factory magazine.

This 380 EZ magazine extension replaces the factory magazine baseplate, and does not interfere with other factory magazine components. This Pearce Grip extension gives this popular EDC pistol even more comfort and control. Its grip is very similar to the factory 380 EZ pistol texture.

This does not alter the capacity of the magazine.
