This is the GEN 2 Magpul MS4 Dual QD sling for AR15/M4 rifles.

The new MS4 sling can switch between one-point and two-point sling configurations, depending on your preference. The custom 1.25″ wide nylon webbing is strong and prevents chaffing.

It features two heavy-duty push-button QD sling swivels with a custom steel connection to convert between configurations.  

It will also allow compatibility with various QD sling cups. The new, low profile quick-adjust slider allows secure, yet effortless, sling adjustment.
