I contacted Mag Shack late Friday to order three CZ 15 round mags needed for a shooting even in Colorado. The gentleman I spoke to told me which 15 round mags would fit my gun. I explained that I would need them by the end of this week. They arrived Saturday, the next day. The man I spoke with (and I didn't get his name, unfortunately), was so helpful. I can't thank MagShack enough for getting these magazines (which by the way are perfect for my CZ). Thank you, your customer service is the best.

At first you might be oh boy here’s the point ordered 3 magazines. Sent compact instead of full size. So called the number on receipt 3 rings yes human answered no machine no AI regular human. I told him the problem and he said wait a minute went in the warehouse brought 3 out full size. He said I have three and your address I will ship today. And sent return receipt. And checked the tracker number and he did ship that day. Long end of story not heard of in this world. 1) spoke to human 2) no argument just sending the right ones 3) apologized and took the blame 4) stated true to his word! As a person who believes in these attributes I will buy from them any day of the week. My gut says a hand shake with this company would stick to their word. Hard to find any more.

Works perfect with my DW DWX. I needed the 15 rnd mag since I live in IL and it is compatible with the DWX. I bought the handgun, but couldn't have the magazines (19 rnd), but read reviews from several gun bloggers (Honest Outlaw is the best) where this magazine worked great, so i got the gun. I just bought 1 magazine because I was a little hesitant, but I will be getting several more now.
