A clear favorite

Great fit a little tight but better than loose. Loads easily and no feed issues. It doesn't drop with mag release like I said a little tight. Can't beat the price or Mag Shack.

Good for some types of Ammo - be selective what you load

When I first received these magazines I was going to use them for training and practice. I loaded them with Wicnester Steel Shellcase 9mm Brass Jacketed Lead Core Ammo. I was only able to get about 7 or 8 rounds into each of the magazines. At that point, I could not even force any more shells into the mags. This was the same for all three (3) of the magazines. I was so upset I was just about ready to return them, then I had a thought.

I tried different ammo. All in all, I did 5 different types of ammo. All of the other types had one thing in common, they were NOT steel but were brass or other types of 9mm ammo. I tried AMX Poly, NOVX Poly, different types of FMJ in full brass, and various Sig Sauer Ammo. All of them easily loaded 30 rounds into the magazines. It was just steel cases I was having a problem with.

After loading I took all three out to the range (my backyard). and plinked away. One, and only one of the magazines had problems loading. I then reduced the load to 28 rds and it performed well after that.

If you want to use these magazines they work, just defeat the purpose of having less expensive mags by having to buy more expensive ammo for them.

I can recommend these for plinking but not if your life depends on their performance.

Difficult to eject when empty

It was a good price and they seem nice but when empty unlike my Magpul magazines these resisted dropping out of the weapon when empty I had to lube the inside of the magwell to make it easier for them to eject I'm hoping it's just because my weapon is new and not worn in. Also the stripula loader I got doesn't fit perfectly on the mag because it does not have those two little line indentations at the top of the magazine for the loader to fit into easily. Loader worked on the magazine nonetheless wish the magazines had a clear viewport like the Magpul ones too but it was a good price and if the ejection problem goes away it'll be worth it.
