The Mark 23 magazines are one and the same as for the USP Elite. Base plate is different for each model. Looks like the Elite version base plate equipped will not seat in the Mk23, as that gun has a slightly longer grip. Reverse will work- the Mk23 magazine will lock securely in the Elite but there is a slight gap between the Elite bottom grip and the Mk23 magazine base plate.
