I bought 2 of these and out of the box...or should I say bag, these mags are very sticky. I'm not sure what kind of sludge ProMag used on these things, but they should stop. They smelled like old rubber fishing lures and felt like the floor of a movie theater. I should also mention these Mags are made for the 1st Gen/V1 (ambi) P10-Cs...Nowhere on ProMags packaging or Magshacks product page mentioned that. They CAN however be used with newer (reversible) P10-Cs, but you'll have to do a little work to them. All in all, It took me about 15 minutes to get these in working order for my newer P10. I cleaned them up pretty good, stripped them down, and took a Dremel tool to them...2 small notches later (one for each mag) and they work fine. They may look a little ridiculous, but they get the job done. At the end of the day they are ProMags and as such they are cheap and can be fairly unreliable...I would never trust my life to one of these mags, but I will have fun with em at the range.
