Bought 2 P365 20 round mags. They arrived promptly. One fit and functioned perfectly. The second had some slight flaw at the top and would not retain rounds or even the follower. I called MagTech and a replacement was mailed the same day along with a prepaid return label to send the bad one back. Service was courteous, quick and a pleasent outcome was had. Second mag "as good as the first". {There's an old guy reference to liven your day}
