My first magazine had an issue with the inside, possibly the spring was turned a bit or something, I’m just not sure. When I called Magshack to report my issue they could not have been more helpful. They immediately sent me a postage paid label to return my defective magazine and actually mailed me a replacement that same day. The young man who helped me over the phone was very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous.
