Seem like solid quality. Havent had a chance to test them yet but better than the 5 round mag the mini came with and still Ca compliant. Best price I found, they were on sale for a few bucks off. Ive heard to stay away from non factory mags for the mini.

Ruger Mini-14 10 round mag

The Ruger 10 round mag works great. I bought 2. I heard that not-Ruger Mags had problems. So I bought the factory Ruger mags. I have shot 100 rounds with these mags and I have not had a single malfunction.
